INCLUSION OF BOOTHS

The rental of a booth includes 2 tables of 6 feet giving a space of 12 feet by 5 feet (standard format), 2 chairs and two badges (therefore right to two people per booth). The merchant must notify the organizers if he wishes to obtain additional equipment not available via the website (additional costs in addition). The Sports Cards Fest reserves the right to refuse the addition of additional equipment if the merchant does not communicate his needs within a reasonable time before the start of the event.

 

CLEANLINESS AND DAMAGE TO THE PREMISES


It is the responsibility of the merchant to ensure the cleanliness of his rented space. In addition, any damage caused by the merchant could be subject to a fine depending on the severity of the damage.

 

SUBLETTING


It is strictly forbidden to sublet a space of his booth, unless communicated with the Sports Cards Fest. The latter reserves the right to completely prohibit subletting if it deems it relevant.

 

ALLOCATION OF BOOTHS


To ensure equality across merchants, the allocation of each merchant's booths is managed by Sports Cards Fest. The layout of your booth(s) therefore remains at the discretion of the organizers.

 

ADVERTISING


Sports Cards Fest reserves the right to take videos and photos of the merchants' booths for promotional purposes.

 

INSURANCE


Sports Cards Fest cannot be held responsible for any theft, breakage or loss of items belonging to the merchant. It is strongly recommended that the merchant have their own liability insurance.\

 

COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES AND STAFF OF THE EVENT VENUE


The merchant must respect the rules established by the managers of the venue chosen for the event. The latter also undertakes to respect all personnel on site during the event (members of Sports Cards Fest and/or support staff of the event venue). No lack of respect (physical and/or verbal) will be tolerated.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

Preamble

Sports Cards Fest specializes in the design, planning and execution of exceptional events. As part of our collaboration, it may be necessary to share sensitive and confidential information relating to the details of upcoming events. In order to ensure the protection of this information, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1 - Definitions

1.1. "Confidential Information" means all information, whether verbal, written, electronic or otherwise, concerning future events, including, but not limited to, creative concepts, plans, guest lists, locations, guest artists and any other element related to these events.

Article 2 - Confidentiality Commitment

2.1. The Merchant undertakes not to disclose, reproduce, distribute or use in any way the Confidential Information for any purpose other than that specifically authorized by Sports Cards Fest.

2.2. The Merchant agrees to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure of the Confidential Information. These security measures will be at least equivalent to those that the Merchant applies to protect its own confidential information.

Article 3 - Restricted Use

3.1. The Merchant will only use the Confidential Information for the exclusive purpose of contributing to the planning and execution of the events in question. Any use outside this framework will require the prior written consent of Sports Cards Fest

Article 4 - Duration of Confidentiality

4.1. The confidentiality obligation set forth in this agreement begins on the date of signature and will continue indefinitely until the Confidential Information becomes publicly known without any breach of this agreement.

Article 5 - Return and Destruction

5.1. Upon request by Sports Cards Fest, the merchant agrees to return or destroy all copies of the Confidential Information in its possession.

Article 6 - Indemnification

6.1. The merchant agrees to assume all liability arising from a breach of this agreement and to indemnify Sports Cards Fest for any damages suffered.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY

The convention center must refuse the bringing of food and beverages from outside its facilities. This regulation must be followed to the letter in order to keep their licenses. This policy has therefore been put in place for reasons of safety, health and respect for the establishment. We ask that you respect this guideline when attending our event.

Since the options inside the center and hotel are limited, it is good to note that there are several other great places near the hotel where you can also enjoy a more extensive menu near the establishment.

EXPULSION AND/OR FINE

Sports Cards Fest reserves the right to evict and/or penalize monetarily any vendor who does not follow these rules.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT SPORTS CARDS FEST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE YOUR BOOTH LOCATION FOR LOGISTICAL REASONS.
