Cédrick Lavoie
Cédrick Lavoie has been a passionate sports card collector for over 10 years. Initially focused on hockey cards, he then turned to basketball cards. Over the years, Cédrick has participated in many projects in the world of collectible cards, including helping his colleague Christophe promote his group "Spot A Reprint" at conventions. He has also been a seller and buyer at almost every card convention in Quebec. Author of a book on getting started in the world of sports cards, published on Amazon, Cédrick also runs a Facebook group dedicated to basketball cards, where he shares his knowledge and offers cards for sale. Founder of the Sports Cards Fest, Cédrick is a key figure in the collector community.
Christophe Landry-Savard
A collector for several years, Christophe founded CLS Sports Collection, a company specializing in sports cards. Whether for purchasing, reselling, consignment sales, evaluating collections for insurance or authenticating cards, he meets all the needs related to this universe. He is also the founder of the Facebook group "Spot A Reprint", which helps collectors identify counterfeits on the market. Many educational articles are shared there to guide enthusiasts. Always ready to support others, Christophe makes his expertise available to the community. For him, the Sports Cards Fest is a convention that brings together passionate collectors wishing to have fun and enrich their collections in a friendly and inspiring atmosphere.
Tarek Baeino
Tarek has been an avid collector for the past five years, driven by a fascination for sports cards. It all started when a colleague suggested he buy a McDavid rookie card. This purchase was the catalyst that led him to discover an ideal hobby, combining his love for sports with his taste for rare and unique objects. Since then, he has become an avid collector, particularly drawn to rookie cards, with a special affection for "Rookie Patch Auto". Each piece in his collection tells a story and reflects a passion that combines his interest in sports and the pleasure of creating connections with other enthusiasts. The Sports Cards Fest offered him a valuable opportunity to share his passion with the community, while highlighting his entrepreneurial spirit. This event allowed him to deepen his knowledge while creating strong bonds with the organizers, who have become true friends.
David Hunter
David Hunter is a content creator with a passion for trading cards. He discovered the hobby 20 years ago when Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin were in their rookie seasons. After a hiatus, he rekindled his passion in 2020 when he found an autographed card of his favourite player, Connor McDavid, in a box. Since then, David has been sharing his enthusiasm on TikTok for the past three years, and on YouTube, where he offers varied and entertaining videos. For hockey card fans, he also hosts a Twitch channel where he broadcasts box openings every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. He explores all new products, from entry-level to very high-end, offering an interactive and engaging experience.
